Polyester is the most common and cost effective option, suitable for everyday use. Pongee has a smoother, more premium feel and offers better durability.

Frames are available in steel, aluminium, and fibreglass. Fibreglass is the strongest and most wind-resistant, ideal for outdoor and golf umbrellas.

This depends on the model. For maximum durability, we recommend umbrellas with fibreglass frames and windproof designs.

Common sizes range from 21”, 23”, up to 30” when open. Larger sizes provide wider coverage.

23” is the most popular for standard umbrellas, while 27”- 30” golf umbrellas are ideal for premium giveaways.

Folding umbrellas are compact and easy to carry, while standard umbrellas are sturdier with wider coverage.

Handles come in plastic, rubber, wooden, and EVA foam options, depending on the model.

Rubber and EVA foam handles offer the best grip and comfort, especially in wet conditions. Wooden handles provide a more premium look.

Yes, we offer both manual and automatic (auto open and auto open & close) models.

Yes. Some of our umbrella models come with built-in UV or SPF protection, helping to block harmful UV rays. For selected styles, we also offer custom umbrellas with an additional UV-protective coating, depending on the fabric and model chosen.

Yes, full colour printing is available depending on the umbrella type and branding method.

Logos are commonly printed on one or multiple panels, and some designs also allow printing on the inside of the canopy. Printing on the bottom of the handle and the strap is also available, but this option is limited to selected umbrella collections.

We offer free mockup services. Simply send us your logo or idea, and our team will create a visual for your approval. If you don’t have a design or logo yet, no worries, we’re happy to help. Get in touch with our sales team to discuss your ideas first.

A pre-production sample can be arranged before mass production. For smaller orders, this may not be complimentary. Please contact our sales team for further discussion.

After mockup approval, production usually takes 3 - 10 business days, depending on the order size and model.
